[Shr-Devel] Porting SHR to another machine

Greetings.
I'd like to port SHR to a different machine (HTC Magician).
I know there is an OM2007 image that runs on it (I tried it), and it  
was built with OpenEmbedded, so OE repo should at least have the right  
kernel patches.
But AFAIK the right place for SHR is it's own repo...

So where do I start stitching all this together? I have a very basic  
overview of OE, but the docs are not very informative... :/

Which steps should I take first?
