for those of you that have python-elementary applications...
We won't upgrade efl yet, but when we will, it'll be nice if you'll be
ready.
BTW, the change does NOT break backward compatibility yet, so you can take
your time.

Users of Python-Elementary bindings.

For consistency sake, I broke the callback removal API to make it more
like the rest of the EFL, by using the term "del" instead of "remove"
(also because it is shorter ;-))
