[Shr-Devel] Bug in fsodeviced

I've tried to put Neo to suspend after a reboot. Illume wrote me that it
is started to suspend and nothing else happened. I've attached USB cable
to Neo and got nothing in logs except this in fsodeviced.log:

The battery indicator in shelf detected that we're charging but charging
led was not lit. Then after a timeout from config file the phone moved
to suspended state by itself ok.
