If the X server is dying from a segfault, then it seems doubtful that
it'd be a problem with the app per se (a client shouldn't be able
to cause a segfault in the server...); surely it'd be helpful to know
how foxtrotgps is *triggering* a bug in the X server, but I don't really
have any specific ideas to offer--sorry :\
