[Shr-User] testing feed is broken

Hey all,

shit happens :(

While building an update of libframeworkd-phonegui-efl a rebuild of big parts 
of enlightenment got triggered by changes in OE. Those changes gave us big 
grief in shr-unstable... causing X not to startup.

To not break all those thousands of shr-testing installations out in the wild 
I disabled the testing feed until the issue is verified.
