[Shr-User] ANNOUNCE: new shr-testing image

Great work - thanks for the effort... It makes me very happy to have an
image that is more likely to function reliably as a phone... I'm kinda
getting tired of not being able to reliably make/receive calls or sms's...
any word on whether upgrading from shr-u works? I last upgraded on Dec
4th, shortly before I saw this thread... :-( but I'd rather not go
through the re-flash and reinstall everything dance if I can avoid it...
