[Shr-User] Latest bunch of upgrades killed my phone

Ever sense this started to happen I was doing upgrades on my phone twice a
day in hopes a upgrade will come along and fix this issue so my phone was up
to date. It seems remove the shr-today package was all that needs to be done,
after removing that and rebooting the phone everything is working correctly
