[Shr-User] [shr-u] navit and versioning

I've been trying to grab the latest version of navit from the navit feeds
(not the shr one), but something in the way that the files are named makes
the latest navit feed's navit look older than the one in the shr-u feed. 

 

opkg install navit -force-downgrade installs the current, older version of
the shr feed.  Is there a way to force maybe a local package to install
regardless of version?  Or maybe some other advice?
