[Shr-User] opkg upgrade for perf improvements

Your Freerunner will still not be able to take incoming calls while
suspended... :-( (at least mine doesn't). But we got 2 new kernel
patches that do make a difference performance-wise.

opkg update/upgrade your Neo and be (a bit) happier.

I consider the incoming-call-while-suspended the last issue that
prevents me from branching off a shr-testing (others might disagree
though :-)).
