It adds
fsoraw -r CPU,GPS,Display
directoy to Exec parametr in desktop icon (for navitD)

and
fsoraw -r CPU,GPS
for normal navit

You should have 2 navit icons now, one for car where you have enough
juice to power neo a(navitD) and second ie for bike, where Display can
be blanked and battery life a bit longer.

This is temporary solution (as we cannot decide if requesting Display
resource is "right" for most users), but if you like 2 icons let us know
:).
