I have the module at
/lib/modules/2.6.29-rc3/kernel/drivers/ar6000/ar6000.ko - where is
yours? Try to load it with "modprobe ar6000" or "insmod
/lib/modules/2.6.29-rc3/kernel/drivers/ar6000/ar6000.ko", what does it
say?

Is the kernel in /dev/mtd3 the same as the one in your /boot directory?
