[Shr-User] Phone not suspending

check dmesg whether there is something like "GSM failed to suspend" in
there. I have that frequently with my shr-testing installation, but I am
not sure whether it is because of shr-testing or because I run it from
my NAND.
I haven't found a fix for that and it is VERY annoying.
