[Shr-User] PISI Error SHR-T

Hi all.

When running PISI with Source A VCF file and Source B OPIMD with field
support set to TRUE and Conflict Mode set to "Flush Source 2" I get this
error:

Any idea where this is coming from, or better: going to? :)
